Hi, I’m Sarah sherinsky
Owner, CSCS, LMT
Sarah is a fitness professional and accomplished figure competitor who became a certified trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2010. She also holds NASM certifications as a Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) and Behavioral Change Specialist (BCS). She graduated from USF in 2012, with a bachelor’s in psychology and biomedical. She became a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in April 2022 and a licensed massage therapist (LMT) in May of 2023.
For last 12 years, Sarah has trained a wide variety of clients including competitive bodybuilders, youth athletes, pro athletes, older generation clients, and clients with auto immune diseases.
Sarah has mentored with physical therapists and has overcome multiple herniated discs, auto immune conditions, and fibromyalgia. Seeing first-hand how the body can heal itself through the right program, Sarah is inspired to help people avoid injury and overcome chronic pain.
